Accuracy & testing

Recipes and ratios are tested at the brew bar before we publish them. Caffeine, calorie, and health figures are checked against primary sources — the SCA, FDA, USDA FoodData Central, and peer-reviewed research — and every article lists its sources.

Freshness & updates

When brewing standards or research change, we revisit the affected guides, update the content, and stamp a new review date so you always see current guidance.

Independence

Our recommendations are based on testing and evidence, not on who pays us. If a page ever contains affiliate links or sponsorship, it will be clearly disclosed and never changes our verdict.
